The location is excellent: about 10 minutes walk from Times Square.
Breakfast is limited to 2 slices of bread with jam. The bedding looked a bit ugly.

The location is very good. You're a few blocks from times square and a few blocks from central park. The area is full of reasonably priced food stores that you can go to without walking too much when you come in from walking all day.
It said breakfast was included but what we had in the mornings and only from 8am to 9am was hot water, a box of tea, sugar, slices of bread and jam, nothing else. That was not considered breakfast and it was not for everyone, only for those who arrived early. I would take the included breakfast out of the description of this hostel.

Very good location
It's not very clean. The staff doesn't control whether people make noise or not. The breakfast is very, very poor, not worth paying anything for

Very good location, and good value for money
At breakfast there was only tea and a bread roll that if you came from the last one there was no more.

This place is just a reliable pick for a quick trip in New York with really good value. The location was perfect, with many attractions and subway stations nearby, making it easy to explore the city. Don't skip the chance to check out local food spots outside. They're totally worth it!

hostel has all the basics, location is good and it's perfect if you're out walking and getting to know NYC all day. rooms are comfortable and bathrooms are very clean.
At one point we were moved to a room that was not prepared, was not heated and had no soap or shower curtain. The kitchen could have been better, with a microwave or something cooler for breakfast.

The hostel is conveniently located near Central Park. It was great to have easy access to restaurants and attractions while staying with our son's autism support dog.
In my wife's opinion, the check-in process needs improvement for families with children.

Being just an easy stroll from Central Park and Broadway really made my city explorations lovely.

Great stay with friends! We loved biking around the city on Citi Bikes, visiting Central Park and the theater district. The hostel was conveniently located, restaurants, and clubs. Clean with friendly staff, it was a perfect budget-friendly base for our adventures.
The only downside was the lack of clear signage for the entrance, made us a bit confused when we arrived.
